Description

ZB-50 is acrylic impact modifier made from acrylate monomer by emulsion polymerization.
It shows typical core-shell structure.The core is moderate cross-linked butyl acrylate (BA).
The shell is methyl methacrylate which has excellent compatibility with PVC resin.
The shell can absorb and disperse the energy added to PVC rigid product caused by impact.
It has excellent properties of impact and low temperature resistance.
It is especially suitable for outdoor rigid and semi-rigid PVC product and those products which have high request on impact and weatherability.
It is amorphous white flowing powder.
It can be dissolved in ketone and chlorinated hydrocarbon,but not in water and alcohol.
 

Application

To be used in window profile, pipe, fittings, board, etc.
